• Study on new trends in globalisation in shipbuilding and marine supplies (November 2017)
    MC Marketing Consulting was involved as a consortium partner in a comprehensive study on behalf of the European Commission. This study was entitled “Study on new trends in globalisation in shipbuilding and marine supplies - Consequences for European industrial and trade policy" and elaborated under the lead of BALance Technology Consulting from Germany (www.bal.eu) and in co-operation with Shipyard Economics (www.shipyardeconomics.com) from UK.   • MC manages the German common booth at the Arctic Technology Conference - ATC 2015 (February 2015)
    The next Arctic Technology Conference (ATC 2015) will take place at the end of March in Copenhagen. More than 150 technical lectures will be delivered during March 23-25, 2015. The lecture sessions will be accompanied by an exhibition with up to 100 expected international exhibitors.
    MC Marketing Consulting will run an own German common booth "German Arctic Technology" at the show.

  • Presentation of "Blue Atlantis" project approach in Brussels (January 2015)
    The 
    High Level Conference of the European Innovation Partnership (EIP) on Raw Materials was held on 13 January 2015 in Brussels. It was followed on the 14 January 2015 by a "Brockerage Event" on the Raw Materials relevant topics of Horizon 2020, the new EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
    Several thematic sessions was held during the first day and a poster session will be organised to present ongoing commitments. On the following day
    potential stakeholders were provided with the opportunity to meet potential partners for future projects and obtained information on funding possibilities in the scope of Horizon 2020.
    By order of the DeepSea Mining Alliance (DSMA) as the project leader of the international project consortiom Michael Jarowinsky (MC Marketing Consulting) delivered the präsentation of the "Blue Atlantis" project approach.

  • Johannes Post und Michael Jarowinsky took over the management of the "DeepSea Mining Alliance" association (April 2014)
    The DeepSea Mining Alliance (DSMA) association was founded on April 9th 2014 in Hamburg. Main objectives  of the association are the preparation of commercial, technological and scientific projects on deep-sea mining as well as a better coordination of national and international activities on an environmentally friendly and sustainable exploration and exploitation of marine mineral resources. Furthermore the coordinated and balanced representation of interests regarding political, economic and societal aspects and problems will be considered. Founding members were 17 companies and institutions of the deepsea mining community.
    The founding members of the association mandated Mr. Johannes Post (Hydromod Services) and Mr. Michael Jarowinsky (MC Marketing Consulting) to do the management with one voice.

    MC Marketing Consulting was involved as a consortium partner in a comprehensive marine supplies study on behalf of DG Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission. This study was entitled “Competitive Position and Future Opportunities of the European Marine Supplies Industry” and elaborated under the lead of BALance Technology Consulting from Germany (www.bal.eu) and in co-operation with Shipyard Economics (www.shipyardeconomics.com) from UK. The study was finished at the beginning of 2014 and has been published recently.

  • Study about the enviromental impacts of deep-sea mining (September 2013)
    An extensive literature study about the enviromental impacts of deep-sea mining was conducted by a consortium  and by order of the German Federal Enviromental Agency (UBA).The consortium was managed by two companies: Hydromod, Hannover, and MC Marketing Consulting from Hamburg. Main results of the study were presented within a scope of a 60 experts colloquia`. Meanwhile a summary of the revised and completed version of the study has been published.
